This website does not collect personal information directly. If you choose to contact Counselhouse by email, phone, or SMS, any information you share is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or determining whether an engagement may be appropriate. Information, including mobile phone contact information, is never sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes, including sharing with third parties for marketing purposes. To opt out of future communications or request that your contact information no longer be retained, contact jen@byCounselhouse.com.

Limited technical information — such as page views and general traffic patterns — may be collected through standard website hosting tools. This information is aggregate and anonymous and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Conversations that occur within an engagement are treated as private and confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Records are intentionally minimal and retained only as long as necessary.
