If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in California under AAA rules, before a single arbitrator. The decision is final and binding. Each party bears its own costs, unless the arbitrator finds a claim or defense was frivolous or brought in bad faith.
Nothing in this section limits Counselhouse's right to seek emergency equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm, including unauthorized use of intellectual property or breach of confidentiality obligations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Counselhouse LLC and its members, managers, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of this Site, or your infringement of any third-party rights in connection with your use of the Site.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
